Finally, right on Massachusetts Avenue is a medical building with many respected physicians’ offices and a regional center for Children’s National Medical Center.
Spring Valley West Homes Corporation is now in its third decade. Its 157 homes are detached 4+ bedroom homes with two to three stories that sit on relatively small lots, giving the community a tight-knit neighborhood feel. There is a healthy mix of families with children, members of the diplomatic corps, and recent retirees. The streets, sidewalks, and streetlights are owned and maintained by the community, the Spring Valley West Homes Corporation. It is a pleasant place to live and very convenient to shopping and to downtown DC and the monuments.
